Uniprex, the company of Grupo Antena 3 (in turn owned by Grupo Planeta) which manages the chain Onda Cero radio, FM Europe and Melody Wave must pay 26 million euros to White Radio, the company Blas Herrero Spaniard, who now manages Kiss FM music channels and Hit FM , by way of damages for breach of the conditions of the award in 2004.
