radio must pay 26 million Blas Herrero

Uniprex, the company of Grupo Antena 3 (in turn owned by Grupo Planeta) which manages the chain Onda Cero radio, FM Europe and Melody Wave must pay 26 million euros to White Radio, the company Blas Herrero Spaniard, who now manages Kiss FM music channels and Hit FM , by way of damages for breach of the conditions of the award in 2004. This was held by the Provincial Court of Madrid. Antena 3 Group sources quoted by the EFE show that the amount was already provisioned in the accounts of the company for 2004. White Radio Uniprex and signed an agreement in 2001. Under it, the company owned Herrero dials used Uniprex-then owned by Telefonica to launch Kiss FM.
